The old saying goes........never work with children or animals. Well yesterday I was challenged to work with an animal, a very cute 13 week old kitten. I know why the saying exists as Marty would not sit still for longer than 1/2 a second and was far too inquisitive!
I set up a single studio strobe overhead which was fired through a white umbrella. With the X-E1 and 35/1.4 lens, I did manage to get a few worthwhile images. The owner of the kitty was very pleased and a satisfied customer is more than half the battle won.
